Sunday Spin for Adults & Teens

Have you always wanted to try the potter's wheel?  Now is your chance! During this 2 hour workshop you will learn the basics, get your hands messy, and have lots of fun! Perfect to try with a friend or a great date night.

This workshop will allow you to become comfortable at the wheel. You will gain a working knowledge of terminology for wheel throwing and will understand the basic steps necessary to pull a cylinder. We cannot guarantee you will throw pieces to fire, but hope the process of learning at the wheel will allow you the confidence to come back for a Clay Day or to enroll in one of our Clay Courses or Workshops! If you do create functional pieces that you want to keep, they will be fired and you can then return with the purchase of a Clay Day Pass to glaze and continue exploring the wonderful possibilities of clay.
